If any tour service or package is canceled within 72 hours of its scheduled start time no refunds will be issued. However, if you cancel the Old Town Express and Wine Tasting Tour before the cancelation period a refund of $40 will be issued per person. The whole $55 will not be refunded at any time. (This section will be updated as more services go into effect.)

Personal information refers to a persons name, address, email, telephone number, or credit card information. At anytime you can unsubscribe from our newsletter, and any personal information collected is used only to secure your tour or package reservation.

Limitation Of Liability Sunny San Diego Tours is not responsible if you slip and fall on a tour service. Sunny San Diego Tours is not responsible if you injure yourself on a tour or package service. Sunny San Diego Tours is not responsible if you are involved in a automobile accident involving a third party driver to and from a tour service, food poisoning, or theft. All Sunny San Diego Tours affiliate drivers are TCP certified and carry the proper licensing and insurance. Sunny San Diego Tours is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that go missing during one of our services. Sunny San Diego Tours is not responsible for any lost profits conducting business on this site.

Indemnification Agreement You shall indemnify Sunny San Diego Tours for any legal and accounting fees brought on your behalf in excess in the liability herein. Including without limitation any rights violated by you in these terms stated in the "user agreement."
